Born and raised in Northern California as the daughter and granddaughter of entrepreneurial artists, Toni grew up in a highly creative business environment. She began her first business at 19, and has followed her business and creative heritage pursuing a career in interior design. Toni’s multi-dimensional experience includes working with design teams for Nordstrom in California and Walt Disney World in Orlando, Florida.

With over two decades of experience in the design industry, Toni has established herself as a leading figure in the world of interior design. She approaches each project with a sense of curiosity, seeking to curate key elements from every client that will make their home truly unique. As the driving force behind Toni Sims Design Studio, Toni leads her team with a blend of creativity, expertise, and impeccable attention to detail. Her commitment to creating customized living spaces perfectly tailored to her clients' needs has established her as a leader in excellence and innovation. With a profound love and enthusiasm for her work, Kelsey Deal brings nearly 15 years of experience on the Toni Sims Design Studio team to your project. A native Floridian and graduate of Seminole State College of Florida with her Associates of Science in Interior Design Technology, Kelsey's journey in design has been shaped by her dedication to excellence and her innate creativity. Balancing her professional pursuits with her role as a devoted mother of a preschool and toddler boys, Kelsey exemplifies extraordinary multitasking skills and unwavering commitment both at work and at home. As the Lead Designer at Toni Sims Design Studio, Kelsey leads the TSDS creative team through the day-to-day operations of the firm with her organization and commitment to excellence. This ensures your project progresses smoothly from inception to completion. With extensive experience and a keen eye for detail, Kelsey blends functionality with aesthetics to create bespoke designs tailored to each client’s unique needs. Collaborating closely with clients, her expertise and dedication shine through as she navigates every phase of the project lifecycle. Tinisha was born and raised in South Florida and has recently embarked on a new chapter in Central Florida, bringing a fresh perspective and a wealth of creative talent to the TSDS design team. With over five years of interior design experience, she is known for her professionalism, reliability, and positive attitude. Her infectious energy uplifts the team and fosters a creative atmosphere. Tinisha has an Associate of Science degree in Interior Design from Palm Beach State College. Currently, she is furthering her education at Rocky Mountain College of Art and Design, pursuing a Bachelor's degree to deepen her understanding and refine her craft. In her role as an Associate Designer, Tinisha plays a pivotal role in collaborating with senior designers on day-to-day projects. She thrives in a collaborative environment, leveraging her excellent communication skills to exchange ideas and insights with the design team. She approaches each project with enthusiasm and dedication, ensuring that every detail of your project is meticulously crafted to excellence.

Erica is a former business professional with a degree in marketing, who launched her career in the dynamic world of advertising. While she cherished the creative aspects of advertising and the lasting client relationships she built, she felt a strong desire to redirect her creative energies toward interior design. After nearly a decade in the business world, she made the decision to pursue a new path in interior design. Having earned her B.S. in Interior Design from Seminole State College of Florida, Erica has amassed over eight years of experience at high-end residential firms in Orlando. During this time, she’s honed her skills in designing and implementing multi-million-dollar new builds and renovations. Erica has seamlessly merged her business expertise with the creative realm of interior design. She has discovered that her diverse skill set not only complements but also enhances her ability to provide clients with a positive and fulfilling interior design experience.

Meet Anna Hunter, the dynamic Design Assistant, and Marketing Coordinator at Toni Sims Design Studio. As the Design Assistant, she supports and collaborates with the design team on various aspects of your project. Anna combines her passion for design with strategic marketing expertise to elevate our studio's brand presence, utilizing her Master's degree in Marketing from the University of Alabama. As the Marketing Coordinator, Anna shapes our studio's identity and communication strategy. Leveraging her creative flair and strategic insight, she crafts engaging content and manages advertising campaigns, connecting deeply with our audience. Outside the studio, Anna is a professional water skier, with three World Championship Titles and two World Records; naturally channeling her determination and creativity both on and off the water. Her dedication and passionate spirit are an invaluable contribution to our team's success.

PURCHASING & LOGISTICS MANAGER

She brings over two decades of invaluable experience to her dual roles for the TSDS team as both Purchasing and Logistics Manager. She is a native Floridian and mother of 2 teenage boys. In her role as the Purchasing Manager, she is in high communication with you throughout your interior furnishings process from start to finish. As the Logistics Manager, she works closely with the warehousing, white glove delivery, and assembly team to provide you with an exceptional customer service experience. Her strategic mindset brings valuable organizational and problem-solving skills to your project. Within these roles, she delivers a luxury turn-key experience, ensuring your custom-curated pieces arrive safely in your home, delivering you a worry-free journey.
