Growing up in the San Francisco bay area, Toni was always intrigued by unique and unusual perspectives in design. With this West Coast influence, she excels at finding subtly different ways to execute her creative ideas. Toni’s multi-dimensional experience includes working with design teams for Nordstrom in California, and Walt Disney World in Orlando, FL. Currently, she is the lead designer for the award-winning Derrick Builders, one of Florida’s most sought after luxury custom home builders.
Fearless in her approach, Toni mixes elements that, at first glance, may seem an unusual pairing. This has earned her a reputation for creating breath-taking, customized living spaces that are inspiring and have a level of depth, keeping the home’s environment interesting for years to come. Her relationship-focused outlook sets the tone for each project. Experienced with both traditional and contemporary interiors, she will create any style to satisfy your desired look.

Trinity grew up in an entrepreneurial family, and started her own business while still in high school. She learned early on the value of a dollar and hard work, as well as the importance of building lasting relationships.
As CFO of Toni Sims Design Studio, Trinity provides the management and logistics of all your project’s custom selections, from initial consultation to installation. Her gift for accuracy, details and accounting will earn your confidence and trust, while her fun-loving personality will put you at ease, as she keeps you informed throughout the project. Having developed strong relationships with our local and national vendors, you are ensured a comprehensive and smooth purchasing process.
As Director of Logistics, behind the scenes Trinity will direct and manage your inventory from decision to destination. Beginning with our first meeting, through the warehousing and installation of all your furnishings, she will be in communication with you. Trinity’s streamlining of these necessary and important tasks allows you and the design team to focus on creating your dream home.
KELSEY KENNERLY
ASSOCIATE DESIGNER
Kelsey is a native Floridian whose passion for design began early on with an appreciation for beautiful interiors and for the process of creating them. It brings her great joy to collaborate on the evolution and development of a space into the perfect balance of the client’s style and personality.
She enjoys working alongside Toni day-to-day and building collaborative relationships with our clients in order to ensure their individual needs and wishes are ultimately met. Kelsey looks for new trends and offerings from all manufacturers; she specializes in AutoCad layouts and space planning; and has expert knowledge in the elements of design, building materials, furnishings, textiles and technology. Her experience with interior design—coupled with her efficient and organized personality—makes her a perfect match for our firm and a great asset to our clients’ projects. Kelsey earned her education at Seminole State College, majoring in Interior Design Technology.
